Team Nicol prevails at Mount Lawn
Hollie Nicol and her Kitchener-Waterloo team of Danielle Inglis, Kate Hamer and Hilary McDermot won the women’s edition of the Mount Lawn Classic with a 9-5 win over Carrie Lindner of Bradford. Team Nicol defeated Jan Carwardine of Toronto 6-5 in the semifinals by stealing a single point in the extra end.
