Prices
All food and beverage
prices are guaranteed for a period of 90 days. Provincial sale tax is
8% on food and 10% on alcohol beverages. GST of 7% will also be charged.
Gratuity of 15% will be charged on all food and beverage purchases. We
are partners with 4 catering companies who can provide a variety of catering
options and price ranges.
Guarantee
A guaranteed number
is required a minimum of 14 days prior to the function. The guarantee
number is what you will be charged for unless the actual number of people
is higher. The minimum number served is 50 and the maximum is 150 people.
Room Rental
Community Room Rental
for Wedding Receptions and Banquets with Bar service, $150.00 plus GST.
Board Room Rental for Small Meetings, $15.00 plus GST per hour; minimum
2 hours.
Community Room Rental for Large Meetings, $25.00 plus GST per hour; minimum
2 hours.
Room Rental includes
tables and chairs setup, use of facilities for a designated time, plus
our staff for any assistance. Table coverings are white. If you require
other colour selections or linen napkins, these can be provided at the
charge of the rental supplier.
 
Additional Information
Confetti is not allowed
to be thrown on the premises. The host will be charged for janitorial
services if guests ignore this notice.
Bar closes at 1:00
am. Functions with music must stop playing at that time. Guests are requested
to vacant the building by 1:30 AM.
The host is responsible
for the conduct of their guests. We expect that guests will abide by the
Rules and Regulations of the City of Waterloo, the Ontario Liquor and
Gaming Commission and the K-W Granite Curling Club.
The host is responsible
for any and all damages that may occur as a result of conduct of their
guests. Damages are to be paid in full.
Payment Schedule
A deposit is required
in accordance with club policy to confirm your room booking. The deposit
is nonrefundable. Final payment is due on receipt of invoice. An interest
charge of 2% per month will be charged on all overdue accounts.
